Items damaged in shipping or with a manufacturing defect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please let us know within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving it, with photos or a video.<\/li>\n<li>We will give you a <strong>full refund<\/strong> or a replacement (your choice) at no extra cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Change of mind, or a different size\/model<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can exchange for a model of <strong>the same or a higher price<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The customer pays any <strong>price difference<\/strong> and the <strong>shipping cost<\/strong> for the exchange.<\/li>\n<li>The item must be complete and unused, with all packaging and free gifts, and you must let us know within 7 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3.
