1. Items damaged in shipping or with a manufacturing defect
- If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it, with photos or a video.
- We will give you a full refund or a replacement (your choice) at no extra cost.
2. Change of mind, or a different size/model
- You can exchange for a model of the same or a higher price.
- The customer pays any price difference and the shipping cost for the exchange.
- The item must be complete and unused, with all packaging and free gifts, and you must let us know within 7 days.
3. Other returns
- For returns that are not due to a defect, we refund as store credit only, to use on your next purchase (no cash refunds).
